Sports Team Fundraiser

Irish Rose Cornhole, LLC (IRC) is pleased that you are interested in having us run your Fundraising Cornhole event. Cornhole tournaments are a fun and exciting way for you to bring your patrons together and have fun, while being a little competitive. Anyone at any age, at any skill level, can play cornhole. It is our goal to work with you to make sure you have a great time. Please review the following information regarding our services and what you would need to provide.

Cornhole Event Information

IRC Cornhole Tournaments can have anywhere from 8 – 100 people attend

Teams consist of 2 players; we recommend everyone registers as individuals. This will provide more options of gameplay as well as an increase in registrations.
$20-$40 per player (Can charge more if you want, that is up to you)
This will be for both the Social and Competitive Events.
1 match is anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

Time to finish the fundraiser (Estimated)

8-25 players take 1.5 -2 hrs

25-50 players 2.5 – 3 hrs

50-200 players take 3 – 4 hrs

You have two ways to handle registration.

Use Irish Rose Cornhole registration system and we can collect the money for you. Please note there is a min. of 2.9% + .30 charge per team to process via credit card. This will be deducted from your final rates.

Collect Cash at event.

It is best for you to encourage your players to at least register online so you have an idea of how many players you will be having.

PLEASE NOTE: IRC will be responsible for collecting any money on the day of the event for the tournament. Irish Rose Cornhole will give
you a list of people that have signed up online if you choose to use us for your pre-registration.

 

If using our pre-register site, we will collect all signup money and then write your organization a check after the tournament minus
any fees owed to Irish Rose Cornhole Inc.

It is up to your organization to advertise and promote attendance for the fundraiser. Irish Rose Cornhole is not responsible for the attendance or number of players that show up. If you decide to open your event to the public, Irish Rose Cornhole can put the event on their Facebook page, but we do not guarantee any number of players.

  • Irish Rose Cornhole will heavily promote the Competitive Event.
  • Your Organization will focus mainly on the Social Event.

All material to run a cornhole tournament:

  • Up to 8 sets of cornhole boards. (Additional fee required for extra boards)
  • Up to 16 sets of 4 cornhole bags. (Additional fee required for extra bags)
  • Up to 8 tablets. (Additional fee required for extra tablets)

Full Scoreholio system.

Scoreholio is a state-of-the-art digital scoring system. Tablets are placed behind all courts and players digitally enter in their scores. Players can track the leaderboard on televisions to keep them interacting with the tournament.

  • Pre-tournament tutorial on rules and proper technique of cornhole.
  • In tournament help with rules and game flow.
  • MC and Music for the tournament.
  • Design of Sponsorship Packet for event. (Additional fee required, see Cost for Event section)
  • Design of Custom Flyer/Posters and other print material for your event. (Additional fee required, see Cost for Event section)
  • Design of Social Media images for event. (Additional fee required, see Cost for Event section)
  • Design of Event T-Shirt. (Additional fee required, see Cost for Event section)

Expectation of Organization

  • Providing one (1) main Point of Contact (POC) to deal with IRC.
  • Promotion of Social Event. Including, but not limited to: Social Media Promotion, Email Blasts, Placement of flyers/posters at local businesses. Sharing of the event to all connections and influencers.
  • If applicable-Support and promotion of Competitive Event. Including, but not limited to: Sharing of SM posts, Placement of flyers/posters at local businesses. Sharing of the event to all connections and influencers.
  • Assistance/Approval of print materials. Please note that IRC will be on a timeline for certain print materials and approval of the design will need to be efficient and expedited. (1 POC for approval is recommended).
  • Providing of Volunteers for day of event. (Provided by Organization)
  • Minimum of 2 Volunteers per hour.</span
  • Recommended; 2 Volunteer Supervisors, to oversee obtaining, training and placement of volunteers. The Volunteer Supervisor(s) will need to be at the event(s) from set up to tear down.
  • Collection of registrations day of event.
  • Promotion and collection of funds for T-shirt Sales, Raffle(s), Side Games, Donations, etc.

Provided By Venue

Venue to play.

Recommended: Site will donate $1 of every drink/food bought by your fundraiser back to your group! OR $1 off drink(s)/food for anyone with a wristband.

Wristbands are provided to anyone registered for the event. OR  Anyone who donates a minimum of $20 to the charity.

Food, Beer, and wine service; before, during, and after your event

† Consumption of non-approved alcohol of any type will result in a $300 fee and immediate demand to cease or leave the brewery property. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL/FOOD is permitted.

Waiver of Injuries

Any and all injuries that may occur during the event will be handled by your organization or group. Example, but not limited to, cuts, bruises, heat exhaustion, major or minor injuries. In addition, any and all liability for the tournament will be the responsibility of the organization or group.

IRC does have liability insurance and will provide Organization our certificate of insurance.

Cost for the Fundraiser

Irish Rose Cornhole LLC requires a $150 deposit to secure your date.

This amount will be subtracted from your final bill.  If the event is cancelled less than 45 days prior, the deposit will NOT be refunded as we
have lost the ability to book another event for that date. If the fundraiser is cancelled more than 45 days prior to the event, we will refund
$75.00.
