We are thrilled to invite you to The Rotary Club of Herndon-Reston–YMCA Community Cornhole Challenge “Uniting for families and fun” on August 29, 2026!
All proceeds from this event will benefit the local youth and literacy programs.
This event will feature a competitive tournament, a casual tournament, and a kids’ tournament – everyone is welcome to attend and participate, regardless of skill level or experience!
Both the casual and competitive tournaments will have cash payouts and other prizes provided by our amazing sponsors.
Event Details
Bags fly: 12:00pm (kids), 1:00pm (competitive), 1:15pm (casual)
Tournament Competition Options
Casual Tournament (BYOP)
- 2-3 game pool play, followed by a double-elimination tournament
- 27’ distance and a maximum score of 21 (round limits will be applied)
- Winners receive cash, gift cards and prizes from sponsors
- $60/team
Competitive Tournament (BYOP) – ACL
- 2-3 game pool play, followed by a double-elimination tournament
- 27’ distance and maximum score of 21 (round limits may be applied if games are going longer than expected)
- Over $2,000* in cash & prizes! *Payout is based on minimum of 30 teams. Payouts will be adjusted based on $2,000/30 team ratio.
- $80/team
Kids & Parent Tournament – Ages 6-12
- 2-3 game pool play
- 15” distance and games to 21 or 8 minutes
- Winners receive gift cards and prizes from sponsors
- $20/team
